Cancel a Swipey AI subscription in four steps
- Open your settings. Sign in at swipey.ai with the email on the account, open your profile and go to Settings, then Subscription.
- Tap Current Plan. It shows your plan and the next renewal date.
- Choose to cancel. Swipey may offer you an alternative first, such as a discount or a pause. Take it if it suits you, or continue.
- Confirm. Premium stays on until the end of the period you already paid for. No further charge follows.
The Swipey Assistant, the support chat pinned in your chat list, can walk you through the same screens and link you straight to the cancel page.
Cancelling a Fanclub
A Fanclub is a separate monthly subscription to one Verified Creator Model's content, and it renews at the price you joined at until you cancel it. If you hold Fanclubs besides the one included with Premium, check your Subscription settings for each and cancel them too; the Swipey Assistant or hello@swipey.ai can confirm what is still active on your account.
What happens after you cancel Swipey Premium
- Your hearts balance, Gallery and relationship levels are kept.
- Relationship progression pauses until you subscribe again.
- A Custom AI chat locks seven days after Premium expires, with her memory kept; it unlocks as soon as you come back.
- Free features carry on: creating characters, basic chat with Platform Models, the Feed, quests and the daily spin.
Swipey AI refunds
Swipey does not publish an automatic money-back window. Refund requests are handled case by case: email hello@swipey.ai from the address on the account with the date and amount of the charge and the reason. Cancel first, then delete if you want to leave
Deleting your account does not replace cancelling. If you want to leave permanently, cancel the subscription first so nothing renews, then follow the account deletion steps. If you only want a break, cancelling alone keeps everything in place for when you return.
