Is Swipey AI NSFW, and who is it for?

Swipey AI is an AI companion platform for adults aged 18 and over. You create a companion or choose a ready-made character, chat with her, call her, and request images and short video scenes of her. Adult themes are part of the product for people who have confirmed they are adults, and conversations are not restricted by topic filters. That is a deliberate product choice, and the rest of this page is about the rules that sit around it.

The 18+ rule is not a checkbox buried in the terms. The product's structured data declares an adult audience, character types labelled "College" are explicitly 18+, and the same requirement covers Swipey Live Fantasy Duels: a guest can watch one full battle before being asked to register, and registration carries the same age requirement as the rest of the platform.

Swipey AI 18+ rules and age verification

Everyone must be 18 or over. The UK and some other regions go further and require a full age-verification step before the app opens. In those regions, full age verification is required before any chat or live content.

If you sign in from one of those regions, expect the step once, as part of getting into the app; the Swipey login guide shows where it falls. Anyone under 18 should not use Swipey at all, and that includes watching Duels as a guest or browsing a friend's account; the terms say who may. We link to them rather than restate them: the Terms of Service are the binding version.

How adult content opens: Tease, Spicy, Uncensored

Adult content on Swipey does not arrive all at once. It follows the relationship. Every character has ten relationship levels, and content tiers in chat run from Tease to Spicy to Uncensored as the relationship levels up. Each level-up also opens a reward drop of three cards, labelled Teasing, Intimate and Full Show, and you pick one.

Progression is tied to access. With a Platform Model or your own Custom AI, full relationship progression needs Premium, $7.99 a month. With a Verified Creator Model, progression and the exclusive content sets come through that creator's Fanclub, one of which is included in Premium. The feature list shows the free and Premium status of each part, and the pricing page has the tiers in full.

The same step-by-step idea runs through the rest of the product. Voice calls and video scenes up to 60 seconds are Premium features, generated for your account. In Swipey Live Fantasy Duels, a personal progress bar for each girl fills as you gift her, and crossing a threshold saves an album to your account, from My Private Collection through My Secret, My Forbidden and My Uncensored to My Unleashed Collection. Nothing in the product skips straight to the end: content grows with the relationship or with your own progress, and the floor described below applies all the way up.

What is blocked at every tier

Uncensored does not mean anything goes. A baseline moderation floor stays in force in every mode and at every tier. It blocks illegal content and anything touching age rules, and it applies to the whole product:

• One-to-one chat, including roleplay scenarios and the Uncensored tier.
• Group Chat rooms with 2–3 characters.
• Generated media: character-consistent images, images edited with the pencil, and video scenes up to 60 seconds.
• The public viewer chat inside Duels, where links are blocked and messages are validated.
• The Creator Community, where every Custom AI submitted for publication is reviewed by the Swipey team, which approves or rejects it with a reason.

The Creator Community deserves a note of its own because it is the one place where your content can become visible to others. Publishing needs an active Premium subscription and a linked Discord account, and it is permanent: an approved character cannot be made private again or edited, and media generated for a public character is posted on its profile, where the creator can hide individual posts. The public viewer chat in Duels sits in the same position, because other people read it. That is why links are blocked there and messages are validated before they appear, and why the same conduct rules apply as everywhere else on Swipey. Private chats and Group Chat rooms are yours alone, but the floor does not switch off there either: 100+ roleplay scenarios and the custom scenarios you can write in Edit My AI all run under it. The members' version of the conduct rules is SwipeyClub's Swipey community guidelines; the binding text is Swipey's own terms.

AI companions, real creators and consent

Every companion on Swipey is disclosed as AI. Compliance work for New York General Business Law Article 47 and California SB 243, both companion-chatbot laws, shipped on 2 September 2026, and the disclosure applies whichever of the three companion types you talk to.

Verified Creator Models are the one type with a real person behind them. Each is an adult creator who passed KYC and signed a model release before onboarding, and fans chat with an AI companion version of that creator and can join the creator's Fanclub for exclusive content. The record-keeping statement for this content is the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement. The girls in Swipey Live Fantasy Duels are a separate cast of AI characters, also disclosed as AI, and they cannot be opened in normal chat.

Is adult content on Swipey private?

By default, yes. Swipey states that "all conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest", that data is "never sold or shared with third parties", and that there are no public galleries by default. Images and videos you generate live in your account and gallery. Nothing is published unless you submit a Custom AI to the Creator Community and the team approves it.

You also stay in control of what is kept. Memory cards in chat and the Memory Details view show what she has remembered about you. You can reset or delete a single chat without touching the rest of the account. Deleting the whole account, from the Profile tab in Settings, permanently removes your chats and the photos and videos inside them, your Custom AI companions and their memories, and your personal data; cancel Premium first so nothing renews.

On a card statement, a Swipey charge appears either under INVAI (INVAI LTD, the Cyprus company that operates Swipey AI) or under a name containing Swipey, depending on the payment method, and some statements add the city, Nicosia.
