How to delete your Swipey AI account

Delete your Swipey AI account in four steps

1. Cancel Premium first. Settings, then Subscription, then Current Plan. Deleting the profile is not the same as cancelling, so do this first if you pay for Premium or a Fanclub.
2. Open your settings at swipey.ai/profile?tab=settings and sign in if asked.
3. Choose Delete Profile on the Profile tab.
4. Confirm. The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What deleting the Swipey account removes

• Your login and profile.
• Your chats, with the photos and videos inside them.
• Your Custom AI companions and the memories they built with you.
• Your personal data.

One exception is worth knowing. If you published a Custom AI through the Creator Community, that publication is permanent by design, and deleting the character does not unpublish her; ask hello@swipey.ai about a published character before you delete the account. Characters you never submitted were private and go with the account.

If you only want a break

You do not have to delete anything to stop paying. Cancelling Premium keeps your hearts balance, Gallery and relationship levels, and everything resumes when you come back; a Custom AI chat locks seven days after Premium ends and unlocks again when you resubscribe. You can also reset or delete a single chat instead of the whole account. The support page covers both.

If something blocks the deletion

Email hello@swipey.ai from the email address on the account and ask for the account and data to be removed, and the team will remove it for you. The same address takes data-access requests under the Swipey privacy policy.
