How a Swipey AI charge is named
Swipey AI is operated by INVAI LTD (company registration HE 458964, Strovolou 140, Strovolos, 2042 Nicosia, Cyprus). Payments go through more than one payment processor, and the processors print different names. With one, the charge shows the company name, INVAI. With the other, the charge shows a name that contains Swipey. Some statements add the city, Nicosia. All of these are the same company and the same account.
You may read elsewhere that the statement always shows a neutral name; that is true for one processor only, so we do not promise it here.
What the Swipey charge can be
- Premium, $7.99 a month, billed monthly. It renews monthly until you cancel.
- A hearts pack, bought in the app through the purchase screen, which shows the pack and its price before you confirm.
- A Fanclub, a monthly subscription to a Verified Creator Model's content. Fanclubs renew at the price you joined at.

How to check a Swipey charge against your account
- Sign in at swipey.ai with the email you used and open Settings, then Subscription. The current plan and its renewal date are shown there.
- Compare the date and amount on your statement with that renewal date or with a purchase you made in the app.
- If it still does not match, ask the Swipey Assistant in the app to find your recent payments, or email hello@swipey.ai from the address on the account with the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card.
If someone else in your household may have used your card, the email address on the Swipey account is usually the quickest way to find out whose account it is. Support can confirm whether a charge belongs to an account without you having to guess.
How to stop future Swipey charges
Cancel Premium in Settings, Subscription, Current Plan. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period and no further charges follow; step-by-step help is on the support page. Cancel any Fanclub the same way. Deleting the account is a separate step, covered on the account deletion page; cancel first so nothing renews. For refunds, contact support: they are handled case by case and no automatic money-back window is published.
