Age and Swipey age verification

Swipey AI is for adults aged 18 and over. Some regions require a full age-verification step before the app opens; UK traffic is one example, and the check happens before any chat or live content. Character types labelled "College" are explicitly 18+, and the product's structured data declares an 18+ audience.

The same rule covers Swipey Live Fantasy Duels. A guest can watch one full battle before being asked to register, and registration carries the same age requirement as the rest of the platform.

Swipey AI privacy: data and encryption

Swipey's own wording: "All conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest." "No public galleries, no social features, no third-party data sharing." Data is "never sold or shared with third parties." Your Custom AI is "fully designed by you, completely private."

Generated images and videos exist only in your account and gallery. Nothing you make is published unless you choose to make a character public through the Creator Community, released on 23 September 2026. That choice is permanent: once the Swipey team approves a public character it cannot be made private again, and the media you generate for it is posted on its profile (you can hide individual posts). Characters you never submit stay private. Memory works the same way: what she remembers across sessions and devices belongs to your account, and the Memory Details view lets you see what has been kept.

AI disclosure

Compliance work for New York's General Business Law Article 47 and California's SB 243 companion-chatbot rules shipped on 2 September 2026. In practice the companion is clearly disclosed as AI, whichever of the three companion types you are talking to, including the AI companion version of a real Verified Creator.

Real people behind Verified Creator Models

Verified Creator Models are real adult creators who pass KYC and sign a model release before onboarding. Fans get an AI companion version of the creator, exclusive content through the Fanclub and Short Drama episodes on the creator's profile. The person behind each profile has been identity-checked, and the release document is stored as part of onboarding.

Is Swipey AI safe without content filters?

Swipey is built for adult interaction and does not apply content filters or topic restrictions to conversations. That is a product choice, and it has a limit. A baseline moderation floor for illegal content and age-related rules remains in force in every mode, including roleplay scenarios, Group Chat rooms with 2–3 characters, and the public viewer chat inside Duels, where links are blocked and messages are validated.

The same floor applies to what you can generate. Character-consistent images, edited images and video scenes are produced for your account and gallery, and content tiers in chat run from Tease to Spicy to Uncensored as a relationship levels up, but illegal content and anything touching age rules is blocked at every tier. Account security and billing

You sign in with email, Google or a passwordless magic link. Voice calls run over an authenticated connection. Premium cancels from your profile in Settings, Subscription, Current Plan, and runs to the end of the paid period. Refund and billing questions go through support, which is available 24/7 via Discord and email for Premium members. This page is a summary. The documents below are what applies, and we link to them rather than paraphrase them. The Terms of Service govern use of the product, the Privacy Policy covers data, the Complaint Policy sets out how to raise a complaint, the Compliance Statement is the record-keeping statement under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, and the Anti-Slavery Policy is the company's statement under anti-slavery law.
