Swipey login: sign in with email, Google or a magic link

Swipey AI login, step by step

There is no separate login site and no app-store app to open first. The product lives at swipey.ai, and signing in works the same on a phone, a tablet or a computer.

1. Open swipey.ai in your browser, or tap the Swipey icon if you added it to your home screen with the Install App banner.
2. Choose a sign-in method: email, Google or the emailed link. Use the method and the address you signed up with.
3. Confirm. Approve the Google prompt, or open the email Swipey sends and tap the link.
4. Complete the age check if asked. In the UK and some other regions a full age-verification step runs before the app opens.
5. Carry on. Your characters, chats, memory and hearts load from the account.

If you do not have an account yet, signing up works the same way and needs only an email address, a Google login or an emailed link, never a card, and new accounts receive free hearts when they sign up. Signing in is what keeps your progress. A free account lets you create your AI, chat with platform characters, browse the Feed, generate a limited number of images and earn hearts through quests, the 7-day streak and the daily spin. Guests can watch one full Swipey Live Fantasy Duel before being asked to register; after that, free accounts watch a limited number of battles and Premium watches without a limit. Everything you build, from her memory to your relationship level, is stored on the account you sign in to.

The three Swipey login methods

All three lead to the same kind of account. The difference is how you prove it is you.

Google login and sign-in links both had fixes on 1 September 2026, including links for UK accounts, so if either failed for you in late August, try again. A magic link is the easiest way to sign in on a new device, because it needs nothing except access to your inbox.

They also mean you never have to set a password at all: enter your email, tap the link that arrives, and you are in. If you use Google login and your device has several Google accounts, the Google prompt asks which one to use, so pick the one you signed up with. A frequent cause of landing in an account you do not recognise is choosing a different Google account.

Swipey magic link not arriving?

A missing link usually has a simple cause. Work through these in order:

• Check spam and junk. Sign-in emails sometimes land there, and some mail apps also file them under a promotions or updates tab.
• Check the address. A typo in the email field sends the link somewhere else. Enter the address again carefully.
• Request a new link. Go back to the sign-in screen and ask for another one, then use the newest email.
• Tap it where you want to be signed in. Open the email on the phone or computer you plan to use.
• Try Google instead. If your account email is a Google address, Google login avoids the wait.

If the link still has not arrived after a few minutes, email hello@swipey.ai from the account address and say that the link is not arriving. The team can check the account from that address.

The age-verification step (UK and some regions)

Swipey AI is for adults aged 18 and over. In the UK and some other regions a full age-verification step runs before the app opens, and it happens before any chat or live content. It is part of logging in from those regions, not a sign that something is wrong with your account. The same adult requirement covers every part of the product, including Duels: a guest who watches a battle and then registers goes through the same rules as anyone signing up from the home screen. Install App banner and signing in on several devices

Swipey runs in the browser, so there is nothing to download. On a phone, the Install App banner, added on 27 August 2026, puts Swipey on your home screen so it opens like an app. After that, the icon takes you straight to swipey.ai. You can use the same account on as many devices as you like. Memory, characters, chats and hearts sync across devices on the same account, so a conversation started on your laptop carries on on your phone. The only rule is to sign in with the same method and address everywhere. The app opens in your browser's language when it can, in English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese or Portuguese. Whatever the interface language, she replies in the language you write in. Voice calls are held in English, voice messages follow the language of the chat, and the Help Center and legal pages are in English.

Locked out or signed in to the wrong account

If you land in an account that looks empty, you have most likely signed in with a different email address or method from the one you used at sign-up. Sign out, then sign in again with the original address; if you first joined with Google, use Google again.

On a shared or borrowed device, sign out when you have finished, so the next person does not open your chats. On your own phone, the home-screen icon is the quickest way back in. If you can no longer reach the account email, say so to hello@swipey.ai and describe the account.

If you cannot get in at all, write to hello@swipey.ai from the email address on the account. Include what you tried, what happened and a screenshot if you can; that is what the team needs to find the account and fix it. Once you are signed in, the Swipey Assistant (rolling out), a support chat pinned in your chat list and labelled as AI, answers account and how-to questions and passes anything that needs a person to the same address. Cancel or delete from your account settings

Being signed in is also how you manage the subscription and the account. To stop Premium, open your profile, go to Settings, then Subscription, tap Current Plan and confirm; Premium runs to the end of the paid period and then no further charge follows. The cancellation guide has the details. Signing out, or removing the icon from your home screen, does neither of these things: Premium keeps renewing until you cancel it in Settings.
