Who operates Swipey AI?

Swipey AI is built and operated by INVAI LTD, company registration HE 458964, registered at Strovolou 140, Strovolos, 2042 Nicosia, Cyprus. The product's terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. The same company publishes this site and a network of specialist guide sites, each covering one part of the product, and all of them link back to swipey.ai for the product itself.

A named company with a registration number and a street address is the first thing to look for with any subscription app. It tells you who you are paying, which law applies and who answers if something goes wrong. The About page lists the address, the official social accounts (Instagram @swipeyai, X @SwipeyAi, TikTok @swipey.ai, YouTube @swipeyfication) and the official Discord.

Swipey AI itself is an AI companion platform for adults. You create a companion, realistic or anime, or chat with ready-made characters and Verified Creator Models, with long-term memory, voice, character-consistent images and video up to 60 seconds. It runs in the browser on any device, with an Install App banner for the home screen instead of an app-store download. Every shipped feature is listed with its free or Premium status on the feature list, and every change carries a date in the release notes.

How Swipey billing works

Swipey publishes one subscription price: Premium at $7.99 a month, billed monthly, cancel anytime. The free tier is permanent, not a trial, and signing up needs an email address, a Google login or a magic link. No card is asked for to create an account, so nothing can renew until you choose to pay.

Three things can appear as a charge. Premium renews monthly until you cancel it. A hearts pack is bought in the app, and the price shows at checkout. A Fanclub is a monthly subscription to one Verified Creator Model's content and renews at the price you joined at. Pack and Fanclub prices are set inside the app and can change, so we do not reprint them; the price at checkout is the one that applies. Payment works with major credit and debit cards, other methods vary by country and region and show at checkout, and 3D Secure may ask you to confirm.

What the charge is called on your statement depends on the payment method. It appears either under INVAI (INVAI LTD, the Cyprus company that operates Swipey AI) or under a name containing Swipey, and some statements add the city, Nicosia. You cancel Premium yourself: open your profile, go to Settings, then Subscription, tap Current Plan and confirm. You may be offered an alternative first, such as a discount or a pause, and you can decline it. Premium stays active to the end of the paid period, then no further charge follows. Your hearts, Gallery and relationship levels are kept. Refunds are handled case by case through hello@swipey.ai; no automatic money-back window is published. Is Swipey AI legit or a scam? What you can verify yourself

Scam apps tend to hide the same things: who runs them, what they cost, how to leave and what the charge will be called. Here is where each of those sits for Swipey, so you can check it on the live product rather than on this page.

The table does not tell you whether you will like the product. It tells you the business is identifiable, the price is published and the exit is in your hands, which is what the question "is Swipey legit" is usually asking.

18+ rules, AI disclosure and your data

Swipey AI is for adults aged 18 and over. The UK and some other regions require a full age-verification step before the app opens, and the check happens before any chat or live content. Companions are clearly disclosed as AI; compliance work for New York General Business Law Article 47 and California SB 243, both companion-chatbot laws, shipped on 2 September 2026. Verified Creator Models are real adult creators who passed KYC and signed a model release before onboarding.

On data, Swipey's own wording is that "all conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest" and that data is "never sold or shared with third parties". There are no public galleries by default: what you generate stays in your account. The one exception is a choice you make yourself. Since 23 September 2026 a Premium member can submit a Custom AI to the Creator Community; after the Swipey team approves it, publication is permanent. Characters you never submit stay private.

Support, cancelling and deleting your account

The support email is hello@swipey.ai. Write from the address on your account and include what you tried, what happened and a screenshot. Inside the app, the Swipey Assistant is a support chat pinned in your chat list and labelled as AI, rolling out from 25 September 2026; it answers billing, account and how-to questions, gives a step-by-step cancel guide and hands anything that needs a person to hello@swipey.ai. The Help Center is at swipey.ai/faq, and Premium members also have 24/7 support through Discord and email.

Deleting the account is self-serve too. Go to swipey.ai/profile?tab=settings, open the Profile tab, press Delete Profile and confirm. It is permanent and removes your login and profile, your chats and the media in them, your Custom AI companions and their memories, and your personal data. Cancel an active Premium first on the same Settings page. The account deletion page has the steps, and the support page lists the route for every other question.

Red flags to check on any AI girlfriend app

These checks apply to every app in the category, Swipey included. Run them before you enter a card anywhere.

• No company name. If you cannot find a legal entity, a registration number and an address, you do not know who is billing you.
• No published price. Prices that appear only after sign-up, or introductory prices that revert after the first cycle, make the real monthly cost hard to judge.
• Cancelling needs an email or a chat. A subscription you cannot stop from your own settings will keep renewing while you wait for a reply.
• No word on the statement name. If the app will not say what the charge is called, you cannot spot it or dispute it.
• No age check and no AI disclosure. An adult companion app should say it is 18+ and say that you are talking to AI.
• Legal pages that are missing or vague. Look for terms, a privacy policy and a complaint route you can open and read.
• Promises of real people behind AI profiles without verification. If an app says a creator is real, ask how that was checked.
• No reachable support. A working email address matters more than a contact form that never answers.

If an app fails two or three of these, walk away, whatever its marketing says.
